It is a pasteurized milk fat of cow milk .We sell fresh cream with 33% fat[called single cream] and 55% fat[called double cream].Generally it used for whipping for salad dressing and cake dressing. Making ice cream and other desserts. Double cream is generally used for coking as it content 55% butter oil.
